My status changed into selection made now. But i don't get any email. Do i trust on this status?

My portal status is Selection Made but I don't receive any letter of award/ email from daad. Is it a good sign?

In which program did you apply?

I think they are giving acceptance first then rejections ?

I opened daad portal yesterday, they said portal is under changes on Monday. Hopefully you ll get either pre-selection / rejection on Tuesday

Can i apply to university before scholarship? Or daad itself send my application to the universities?
