Did they also say we'll be receiving an email with an official offer? I was taken off yesterday and it feels unreal!!!! So much to the point where I think I may have been hallucinating and now I'm nervous that I didn't get in so I want email confirmation haha

For anybody who is waitlisted for U of T: I contacted the Students Affair Officer, who let me know that they will only be moving through the waitlist starting April 17th

I was accepted to Western and waitlisted at McMaster and U of T. Crossing my fingers for U of T. Congrats to everybody for making it through this application process! Regardless of the decision, this is a super tough process so I think we should give ourselves a pat on the back. Thanks for making this thread. On a positive note, most of us have applied to multiple schools. Both people who are waitlisted and accepted may reject the school, so a waitlist can be promising! On the other hand, it's hard to know your rank on the waitlist... so better to have no expectations.

Does anybody know, perhaps from speaking with people who applied in previous years, how fast schools tend to go through the waitlist? It's promising that since many of us have applied to several schools and we can only accept one, being on the waitlist can actually lead to acceptance. I'm wondering if for ON schools, whether we can find out if we have been taken off the waitlist BEFORE April 16th or more likely after.

Totally from reading previous forums and talking with friends who applied in the past, it seems that Western is 12am on the dot, McMaster is a few hours later, and U of T can range from 12am on the dot to 11:59pm. Again, pretty anecdotal! Not sure about uOttawa.

Did you just get your email or did you get it early this morning? I'm curious whether they are sending them throughout the day or all at once.
