No. I haven't heard anything from this program.
Thanks! I guess we have to keep waiting... All the best!

Hey, has anyone heard back from Brown's Computational Biology program?
Their application deadline was at the start of January. -

Just curious, how do you know Duke is sending invitations soon? Is this based on last year’s invitations?
Looks like someone posted on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/gradadmissions/comments/ke300y/got_my_first_interview_for_dukes_cbb_phd_program/

Thanks for starting this thread @tzenst! I applied to:
- MIT CSB
- MIT BE
- Harvard BIG
- Harvard SSQB
- WashU Biology
- Columbia Systems Biology
- Yale CBB
- Cambridge Physics
Thinking about MIT EECS but finding it very hard to get motivated in what I suspect is an even more competitive applicant pool.
Fingers crossed, we get to meet during the virtual interviews cycle!
No problem! Good luck with your applications and hope to bump into you too.

Nice to hear from you both! There is quite a big overlap in the places I applied to as well. I hope the submissions went well and all the best!
- Stanford BMI
- Harvard BIG and SSQB
- MIT CSB
- Princeton QCB
- Yale BBS-CBB
- UW Genome Sciences and MCB
- Duke CBB
- Tri-Institution Comp Bio
- University of Chicago GGSB

Hello everyone!
I hope you all are well as you can be, considering everything 2020 has collectively thrown at us. I saw posts about computational biology/bioinformatics/systems biology programs for previous years but there is nothing posted for the 2021 cycle. I thought I'd be nice to get things started for this cycle - it was great read through previous posts for those interested in more computationally-inclined programs.
It'd be nice to hear about everyone's thoughts on where they are applying to and to hear about news/updates/tips anyone has as well as we progress with applications. All the best and stay safe.

Thank you! I also just got an email back from someone in their admissions department that it is fixed.
You're welcome and nice one! Good luck with the application.

I'm not applying this year but it appears like the JHU's application system was down. I saw this on Twitter. Hope that is helpful and good luck!
