For a 2 year/4 semester program, that would throw it off schedule quite a bit. Start Spring 2021, summer, Fall 2021, Spring 2022, second summer, Fall 2022 finish. That's a whole extra summer of interning? Temp work? I'm not sure if people would go for that. You might be right, it would just be an adjustment, unless people want to try and wrap things up with winter or summer sessions.

I would tend to agree... but my enrollment deposits are due April 15th. Would we possibly know by then?

Thanks for starting this topic! In short, no I haven't heard too much from my schools (Georgetown and UVA) about any changes or other information. More information is supposed to be coming out, but we're now less than a month from enrollment date and I'm starting to get antsy.

Hey everyone! I was also admitted to SSP with no funding. I was admitted with pretty good funding to the McCourt MPP, and to UVA's Batten MPP. Batten has the National Security Policy Center and Cohort, so I'm heavily leaning towards that program as of now. It's going to be hard saying no to the "best" school in Washington, but SSP isn't giving me funding and I've heard it's difficult for McCourt students to get their electives filled in the School of Foreign Service. I completely loved it when I visited UVA and Batten, so I'm not worried about that - just postponing the DC dream for a little bit more!

Congratulations! Batten has really shown the personal touch at every step of the process, which is really impressive and definitely earns "bonus points". Georgetown just sent an automated email that my status had been updated in the portal. I'm really hoping that our Admitted Students Weekend isn't canceled because of coronavirus concerns. I saw Jim Ryan's announcements about canceling student travel, so I'm skeptical.

I'm waiting for Security Studies too! I was admitted for MPPs in McCourt, as well as UVA's Batten so this is my last application.

Hey everyone! Found out on Monday that I'm admitted for UVA's Batten School for Fall 2020 in the MPP. Anyone else?

I applied to this program as well as some MPP programs at Georgetown, and another school. I heard from both MPP programs this week (admitted!) but have no idea of when we will know about SFS/SSP.

I was accepted to the MPP with $18k. I was also admitted to UVA's Batten School with decent money, so I'm feeling pretty torn right now. Did anyone else apply to Batten?
