I just declined Guelph's offer so hopefully a spot will be opened soon for someone. And this means I won't be going to Canada this time around. I will be going to decide between either Washington or Geneva. Thank you all nice people here for helping me and sharing every moment through this hard process. I wish you all success and the best. Just received rejection from UofA Global Health. It is unfortunate but I have other options I am grateful for. Congrats to those who got in.

Thanks for the info. I really hope they let us know before 15th and even better this week. I have other offers on standby and need to let them know on 15th max. And nothing from Alberta yet. Will surly update here if I hear back from them.

Well that is a possibility but what are the chances for that really? I mean we have had at least one person here for each concentration with a decision except for Global Health. It is really unlikely. And even if so, it has been so long now that we are all stuck on pre-screening or under-review, which doesn't make sense if they have sent out acceptances/rejections to others. Somebody here emailed and apparently they have shifted their notification time to 15th April. I hope at least this date is their deadline not their starting date to send out results. Nothing else we can do but wait in the end though...

Yeah, they are taking their sweet time... Hope yours is sooner than 15th.

No nothing. Somebody in the public health thread contacted them and apparently they said they have moved their decisions to 15 April! Just nerve racking!

What amazes me is that I have not seen a single Alberta MPH Global Health applicant here with a decision! We are all either pre-screening or under review!

Hi, Yeah. They told me that the results will be out most likely mid-late March. But I did not expect late March to be exactly 31! I am trying to keep up hope though as it is still not a rejection. Already met 3 other applicants in global health here who claim they have not heard back either. Some of them are even at pre-screening! I wonder what is happening. Let's just hope we both are going to hear good news soon!

Hi. Nope. And no other source of funding/support was offered to me. It says they expect me to cover everything myself. Really bothered by their deadline to accept the offer though. I mean they took this long to respond now they want us to respond back in 2 weeks! I am still waiting to hear back from 3 other schools.

Hi! Alberta MPH global health applicant here! And I am stuck at "Under Review" for more than a month now. It is driving me crazy. Other tracks like epidemiology and health promotion have heard back but I have not yet seen anyone here on global health track who has a decision. What track have you applied for? any news or changes on your status?

Congrats! That is indeed good news! And yet here I am still waiting to hear back from their Global Health track...
