  1. I want to wish everyone luck as a new week starts soon! I myself have gotten a bit despondent recently regarding decisions, but I’m hoping this week will brighten things up, and I do count myself fortunate to even have an offer in this cycle.
  2. Now I’m terrified. I thought my fit was really great too ?
  3. I expect Indiana and Princeton to send rejections Yale mentioned late Feb/early March
  4. Has anyone heard from Indiana after the last few days?
  5. That’s what I told myself so I don’t keep any false hope (CP field). Edit: Usually they send acceptances all in one day. That’s why.
  6. Congrats to all the acceptances and waitlists!! So happy for you I’m patiently waiting for my rejection, and other decisions which are hopefully more positive ??
  7. A means acceptance, w waitlist and r rejection
  8. Honestly, the way this cycle is going, everything is equally likely or unlikely.
  9. Congratulations!! LSE is an absolutely amazing uni.
  10. Well, another day is over. Congrats to everyone who received good news today! To those who haven’t yet, hold your chin up! I’m sure great things are coming your way, hopefully sooner than later
  11. Ohhh I see! That sounds good. Definitely appreciate it On grad cafe results, it seems it can be anywhere in February and March. Naturally, we don’t know if we can trust that though haha
  12. Chicago said the first two weeks of March. It’s in the follow up email they sent.
  13. I did a Princeton check on here and noticed that, prior to 2017, decisions were released during the second week of Feb (whereas in the last 3 years they came end of Jan(. So, perhaps there's a slight delay this year and it will come end of the week/next week.
  14. I also started off with a rejection, it'll make your first acceptance even better!!
  15. No, just got the email. Wishing you luck with all your apps!! I guess the acceptances no one claimed earlier might have been real?
  16. The only professor they had that was a close fit for my interests left last month, so I’m assuming there was really no viable alternative. Edit: It was for CP.
  17. Just got an expected rejection from BU! Fit wasn’t great.
  18. Graduate admissions won’t know anything about the timeline usually. Only the department will.
  19. I’m wondering this too but they did say in the confirmation email they’d be reviewing apps through early Spring (March) and making decisions by late Spring (not department specific though). So, I’ve given up on hearing from them anytime soon. Edit to include email quote: “Please note that review of applications for Fall 2021 will begin in early January and continue into early Spring. Questions regarding application completeness and timeliness for application decisions should be directed to your prospective department in early Spring.”
