Conversation went like this Me: I’m just wondering when the master’s results will come out. Do you have an approximate date? Her: applications are still under review. it’ll be late March or mid March if possible. Me: so it’s not possible to be today right? Her: no, applications are still under review

Ok guys so I called admissions and they told me what they wrote in emails: mid March or late March by the latest. So I asked again whether it’d be possible to be today, and she said no. I guess that ends our anxiety at least for today

Absolutely. Really don’t want to go through this again next week

Here’s mine: School: top 25 US private GPA: 3.8/4 with double major in PR and history GRE: N/A Extracurriculars: - I founded a university consulting startup half a year ago, which isn’t very long ago I guess. - I’m applying straight out of college but I’ve had a lot of PR-related internships, no full time job - I do education social media blogging where I teach English to speakers of other languages. Followers of 300k+ (Idk if this is a plus in the eyes of admission officers, or if it’s just something random) - I’m a licensed piano teacher so I’ve been teaching piano for several years. LOR: 3 profs

I’m so anxiously waiting for the results from HGSE’s ELOE, Stanford’s POLS, and Penn’s Ed Entrepreneurship GPA: 3.80/4.00 from top 25 American uni Major: double major in PR and History, minor in Music (I’m currently a college senior and I don’t have full time work experience) Extracurricular: -I have my own startup for a little more than half a year. It focuses on providing university consulting and tutoring for international applicants. -I do English education content creation on Chinese social media and have a following of 250k+. -Brief research experience related to children’s education -I am a licensed piano teacher and have been teaching music to 7 children -4 internships related to PR/advertising, since it’s what I primarily studied in college -Have my own band that does fundraising for children’s education in impoverished areas, fundraiser over $6000 Recs: three from professors, one from a student I teach English to PS: primarily talks about startup and social media blogging I’m mainly concerned that my academics and internships have nothing to do with Education. I’d appreciate it so much if someone can gimme your insights!
