  1. I haven't been able to submit this either, grrr.
  2. I applied and got into both, and while Hunter is a no brainer as far as cost goes (at least for us in-staters!), I ultimately decided to go with NYU. I don't have any profound reasons for this decision. I don't know for a fact that it has a better clinical program, but I just have a gut feeling it's a better fit for me and for my goals.
  3. I interviewed last Thursday, and found out today I got in!
  4. The two year. And the timed writing sample was, like you mentioned, quite dense. I have no clue how I fared, ha.
  5. I had my interview today (a little odd since my status says "pending program decision" and has never said "pending interview"), and it was fantastic. The zoom "group" format is a little clunky, but the group itself was super smart and full of people I would love to have as classmates. They said we'll get a final answer by next week. Crossing my fingers!
  6. I, too, got this email and somehow did get an interview date for tomorrow morning -- but now I wonder if it was just a glitch in the system?
  7. I honestly can't remember what it said, or if it said anything at all. I wish I'd taken a screenshot before!
  8. totally. i noticed that the interview thing is all over the board, but i am still baffled by Hunter's process here. What is the method to their madness? And why update an application to "PENDING PROGRAM DECISION"...isn't that implied, haha
  9. Eek! My application *just* updated to PENDING PROGRAM DECISION. I have not interviewed. What does it all mean!
  10. Wow congrats, that's HUGE! You should be so proud of yourself.
  11. Congrats on UChicago! Sorry for the unrelated question, but in your signature, when you say your scholarship to NYU is $17K, is that for one year?
  12. I just did this same thing, and got this response: "It usually takes about 6-8 weeks to get a response but I have forwarded your application to our admissions committee for expedited review." I'm on week 7 since applying, so I'm not sure how expedited it could be...but still appreciated!
  13. Thank you, this is very kind and a great perspective! Now to find a bag of money.
  14. I just got my financial package from Columbia (exactly one week after the acceptance letter). They're offering me a grand total of...$0 in scholarship and a $20K unsubsidized federal loan ?
