I am not a fan of the phone call notification thing schools do. Now I am answering every phone call I get and all I am hearing about is my car’s extended warranty and the outstanding balance I have regarding my “kidney transplant”

Stanford started inviting people yesterday and (hopefully) last a few more days. Princeton, Harvard, Duke I believe are done. Brown I thought was also done but someone posted an interview update on Jan 4th so Ig they’re still sending a few out. Rest I didn’t apply so I didn’t pay much attention/ don’t know.

My gut instinct says we hear back from Stanford either this friday (most likely) or next friday. Others I’ve no clue.

Based on the UMichigan results page, neuro interviews went out 17th and 20th of December. A lot of rejection posts too so idk what to say. I haven’t received mine yet.

Well here’s the thing, most information on this website is speculation. Take it with a grain of salt. Don’t keep your expectations high either as the stats of getting into any program is ridiculously low. For that program I got rejected to, only 11% got interviews and 3% got accepted. Unless a program directly states that invitations to interviews is officially over, I wouldn’t give up either. All in all, best thing to do would be probably only to use this website if you do get an interview so you can speak to people that are in a similar boat as you are.

I searched the platform for any updates for BU GPN and nothing so far. Last year they were the latest program so we’ll see.

Idk if this is of any helpful insight to anyone, or whether this would serve to boost your self-confidence, I personally care more about solid information. I have stats included in my rejection letter from a Duke program. “We received a record number of applications this year: 213! We normally get just over 100. We selected 23 of those 213 for an interview and will be able to make 7 offers of admission. We had very difficult choices to make. ” I think this program for Cognitive Neuroscience was smaller in terms of # of applicants, but regardless, getting an interview for any program is a big step for all of us.

Also, those who got interviews and already went through with them, do you mind sharing what the experience was like. From the looks of it, I will not have many interviews and I want to do well in mine.

I applied to 10 schools: Waiting: Boston Uni, Brown, Columbia, Duke, Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, UMiami, and UMich I received an interview from Weill Cornell yesterday 1:11 EST. I got rejected from Duke Cognitive Neuroscience. That was my secondary choice as program within Duke. I haven't heard anything from Duke Neurobiology. I heard someone got a UMich interview earlier in the thread. I guess also Princeton too. Anyone have updates on the other ones? GL to all
