The fact that MPPA doesn't give scholarships to international students is f'ed up. I've heard NPSIA's scholarship is more generous so hopefully they have some for international students. I'll email them on Tuesday after the Easter break. Thanks for the info.

Hey I'm wondering when did you email NPSIA? I'm getting the same vibe from them. I did a quick look up and from past years it seems like international students get offers at the beginning of the second round (early April I assume). My MPPA application is still at "preliminary review required" stage, so this is lowkey worrying.

Internatinoal student here too. This should be the case. I'm in contact with a couple other international applicants and we are all on the same boat. Offers for international applicants are usually sent out at the end of March but this year the delay *might* be longer due to the new international student policy. Grad students are not a part of the new policy but it requires the provincial governments to cooperate and they are very reluctant to do so.

Applied to both Carleton's NPSIA and MPPA mid January. MPPA is still stuck at preliminary review required. NPSIA moved to recommended for assessment last week. I don't know if international students gets assessed later than domestic students or not. Just have to wait.

Applied to Carleton's MPPA and NPSIA. I saw people starting to get offers, congrats if you have one! One person from other year's post said international students starts to receive offers in late March. Does anyone know if this is true? Any international students with offers received? My status for the NPSIA application changed from preliminary review required to recommended for assessment sometime between Feb 16th to Feb 21st, I don't know if I had review in progress by department since I didn't check frequently enough. I'm stiill on preliminary review required for MPPA.
