Hi! Got accepted at Boston U (also for visual narratives). I really like the programm but due lack of funding it won't be possible. I didn't hear back from UCI but as I see some ppl getting interviews I guess it is a rejection. Extremely frustrated with all time/effort/money spent in this cycle and trying to keep my mind open about reapplying next cycle

I haven't seen anyone saying anything about an interview with UCI! From the previous email, I understood the interviews were going to start today, but perhaps they were even more delayed? If someone received an interview invitation, please let us know so I can stop freaking out about my last hopes!!

I'm also waiting on UCI! So sad with the silence. I'd rather receive a rejection so I can stop refreshing my email portal!! Has anyone had a inverview with Boston U. in the past? It is my first interview and Im quiet nervous, mainly because English is not my mother language and I get extra insecure (even tho I have successfully taken my proficiency test, I still get nervous with specific vocabulary - so I'm trying to prepare possible useful sentences - not to memorize, but to familiarize myself with). I will appreciate any tips you guys have!

Rejected from Northwestern - received a email saying there was a update in the portal. I have a BU MFA (visual storytelling) interview on next Monday and I m still waiting to hear from UCI. Also waiting to hear from some non MFA masters... This is tuff

Hey everyone! Even though I haven’t heard back or gotten any updates yet, I wanted to share the unis I applied to: – Northwestern MFA – UCI MFA – BU MFA in Visual Narratives I saw above that one of our colleagues got invited to interview at Northwestern (congrats! 🎉) Has anyone else heard back? I applied to all of them right at the deadline. BU sent me a pretty standard email saying they’ve started reviewing applications, but nothing specific. I can’t stop refreshing my inbox lol 😭 Good luck to all of us! ✨🍀

Hi guys! Do you know anything about funding/ta positions at Stony brook? It has a late deadline (March) so iam still looking into that but funding is an essential factor for me
