Yale, according to the forum, has letters out by the end of this week last year and the year before. Did you hear something from actual faculty about this year specifically? If not, it may be wrong. Take a look at the results search. "Yale Political Science."

It's probably because they're getting close to release results. Yale is always this week...or very early next week. Hang in there!
