I agree with rising_star. I work as a graduate coordinator in a top-ranked engineering program and most of the time, the material we receive is so overwhelming that it is very difficult to know the complete picture of your application this early in January. Trust me, we are good at what we do. We will not let your file go incomplete unless it shows complete negligence on your part.
