on a related note, how easy/hard easy it to get funding at a top school as an international from a non-developing country?

Any thoughts on the two programs? I have been accepted to Stanford for the Democracy, Development, and Rule of Law track within the IPS program, and SIPA for Development Practice. I was applying straight out of undergrad, and am also contemplating working for a year or two and reapplying to other schools..

so if you haven't heard back right now should you assume it's a rejection?

Why is there a speculation that having the application status as NOT submitted is an indication that the application's been accepted full funding?

have people gotten into HKS/WWS/Stanford IPS/SIPA after being rejected by Yale? Those are the only ones I've applied to and now I feel like I'm out at all schools.

Do people know what time it came out in the last years? (ie. might we hear back today?)

@wwsapp: I think it's hilarious how we speculate when they're ACTUALLY going to release decisions AFTER they've specified it on the web lol. Before they put the message up on the web, I was spending every 5 minutes speculating, and now that they've posted the date on the web (probably for our AND their peace of mind) I am wasting my time questioning if they're actually going to release it on the 15th.....
