Not sure, since I don't think they started interviewing people for the fellowships.

Quite surprised that they would do that by country, never heard that before! Seems that they did it by program last year, MPP first, then MPA-ID then MPA2 then Mason...

Hi, You probably ticked the box asking to be considered for MPA2 if your pre-requesites match the profile? I assume they sent a notification to all MPP applicants who asked to be considered for MPA2 if eligible. Good luck!
