Whichever school announces, I hope we get admits and rejections on the same day. This limbo is killing me.

Congrats! =) If I may ask, what subfield are you? And how did you get to know? I applied there too and actually thought it was one of my best fits so now I'm anxious.

What schools do you guys think we'll get this coming week? I'm thinking Indiana-Bloomington, Princeton and Yale.

Yup, this is what I want to do. I'm passionate about this field. I was just thinking that if I do go to a Master's program, by the time the next cycle starts I wouldn't have done much at the new school so would it make a big difference? Or maybe I should finish and then apply. Or work for a bit. At this point, I want to do as much as I can to ensure I get in when I apply next. Granted I haven't heard from a lot of schools yet so I might just get in this time.

I feel the same. Not sure if I should just go get a masters and stop.

Just got my rejection from Cornell. Sigh. First official rejection.

Is the latest Yale admit for real?

My dad just said this to me - "People your age, go to the Hard Rock Cafe and here you are glued to Grad Cafe." This is what this cycle has done to me. Sigh.

I applied to their masters programs. They didn't require research proposals. I actually officially declined KCL's offer yesterday.

I'm currently finishing up an integrated masters already. But yeah, LSE is a good program. Wouldn't hurt to go there, provided I get some funding.

I think I'm vastly underqualified compared to everyone else on here.

I think I'm officially depressed. I haven't heard from a single school yet. Guess I'm gonna end up doing a masters from LSE.

Has anyone else applied to Indiana, Bloomington? Think we'll hear from them this week? Last year's results have acceptances around this time.

I'm sorry to ask again but I'm freaking out - are any of the Berkeley admits for IR? I can't take bad news today. I have my thesis review tomorrow. I should be prepping but I keep coming here to check what's happening. =/
