klavierstucke Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 Hello, In my statement of purpose to which I've already submitted to 9 schools I have forgot to place an "a" before a noun where it is needed. Am I doomed?
pgt2018 Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 youll be fine - they wont even notice unless that threw the entire paragraph off (which I dont see how an "a" can do)
Warelin Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 I wouldn't worry about it. This is a reason why people recommend not to look at your SOP after you've submitted.
klavierstucke Posted November 27, 2018 Author Posted November 27, 2018 (edited) Thanks for the reassurance. It looks like most of the schools I applied to allowed me to upload an updated version--so I did that, but I suspect in most cases the reader will gloss over this particular error.
