To all those (masters and Ph.D. applicants) who have been accepted to the BME program at JHU, have you all received the welcome/funding letter? I am waiting for mine. The dept no longer offers 80% discount for 2nd yr thesis option, instead, it is reduced to 15%, which is very unreasonable.
