littlet4lks Posted July 5, 2019 Posted July 5, 2019 (edited) For those who were accepted or are already attending grad school, what did you do to prepare for the GRE? What materials or books did you use? I feel so hopeless because I just did the ETS practice test and.. yikes! I really want to attend grad school in the Boston area and a lot of the programs there are competitive so I'm open to any tips! Edited July 5, 2019 by littlet4lks
slptobe! Posted July 5, 2019 Posted July 5, 2019 I used Magoosh! I heard about it on here, so many others have used it too! For what you pay for, I think it is entirely worth it!
AlwaysaFalcon Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I bought a gre practice book and also utilized free online practice questions!!
hopefulfuturespeechie Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 I found the only thing that helped me was the Kaplan class. It was expensive, but helped. Also you can get financial aid for it.

I also used Magoosh- I utilized the free vocabulary app and words I studied on there were on the test! I still use the free Magoosh app in therapy with my older students who were working on vocabulary.
