Low GPA advice for SLP grad school

Erika U

Question

Hi everyone!

I recently just graduated with a bachelors in Speech Language Pathology. I finished with an overall 3.1 GPA and a 2.8 major GPA. I love this field so much that I can’t see myself doing anything else. My huge concern is do I have the chance of getting into graduate school with the GPA that I have. Has anyone been accepted to graduate school with a low GPA or know ways to increase my chances of getting accepted?

Thank you! xoxo

If you haven't already, I would check out the SLP subforum (down near the bottom of the main menu under Professional Programs). There are tons of helpful grads and prospective grads who will give you more advice than a general questions thread will.
