A lot of that work is done in community clinics or with MediCal clients (in CA). As a masters clinician you can diagnose as well, at least in CA, and I think it would be the same in other states too. I think the major difference is there are some assessments you might not be able to administer, but that would be rare. Do you have a mentor you can discuss this with? Might be helpful!
