nivy25 Posted January 10, 2021 Posted January 10, 2021 I am starting this thread out of fear and anxiety and impatience! But I’m sure many of you might be in the same boat as me- revisiting grad school application portals, and constantly checking results on grad cafe to see if schools have started rolling out decisions. I know that gradcafe has a space wherein you can submit your results and write a little bit about it, but I feel like there is never enough information about it. I often wonder about the profile of the person who got rejected/accepted and I always want to know more. So maybe we could use this thread to discuss all things related to decisions, and engage in open dialogue! BrownSugar, icemanyeo and Sad Politics 3
Sad Politics Posted January 10, 2021 Posted January 10, 2021 As a fellow applicant, I totally understand your anxiety. If you want to know more about admission decisions, you should check out Martin Devaux's app (https://martindevaux.com/2020/11/political-science-phd-admission-decisions/). While this year may be different because of the pandemic and the high number of applicants, it is still a very useful reference. Clintarius, nivy25 and Richelieu 2 1

guest789 Posted January 12, 2021 Posted January 12, 2021 Here's another thread that might help: These threads go back to ~2012, I think.
