Still nothing, I checked last year's admissions thread and I guess the results are a bit delayed. Maybe the number of applications is higher this year and hence it is taking more time. In my experience, Harris does a lot more than other schools in terms of outreach which can result in higher applications YoY. Hopefully something comes out by Friday.

Hi Rosie,

I was wondering if this was 30k per year or 15k each year? I’m curious to see how much Chicago can offer, can a merit be bumped into a full fellowship if something significant between application and now.

thanks,

If they offered you 30k, it should be 30k per year. As far as re-asks, they sent an email stating this a couple of days ago: "The Scholarship Reconsideration Application will be open from Monday, March 14 to Thursday, March 24. All requests will be reviewed by the committee, and notification of updated scholarship offers will be sent by April 10."

thanks,

I have a similar question! I was admitted to Harris (MS-CAPP) with 15k per year but I was admitted to CMU Heinz (MS-PPM Data Analytics track) with substantially better aid (85% tuition scholarship). Harris is my top choice, but I'm curious what their "upper limit" is as far as aid. Is there is even a chance they can come close to CMU during renegotiation? Curious if anyone from previous years has experience renegotiating with Harris.

P.S. Congrats to those already admitted and best of luck to Round 2 applicants waiting on results :)

Applied round 2, just got a call from admissions. Accepted with 35k! Although now I'm wondering if I misheard and it was actually 30k? They said I would receive details in writing on Saturday. Also asked how Uchicago's funding offer compared to other schools I've heard back from

Congratulations! and super interesting they called you. Considering they sent an update I wonder if that was enough for everyone including those who they decided to admit for their round 2.

Also, by any chance do you remember the area code you received the call from and who called you?

Are you from the US or international applicant?

Thanks! The call came in from an 872 Chicago area code. And I’m a US applicant
