I think it means that we can expect actual decisions for the shortlisted positions soon? Same here, all of the submitted changed into not shortlisted and the one shortlisted remained the same. Has many people got the information about being selected yet? I'm not sure if anything's going to change by the end of September.

To be honest, I assumed the selected people got the infromation in august and september and didn't come back to the forums since. I'm surprised there has been no information about not getting selected though, I'd expect the status to change on the website at least.
KCWS93 Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 Aeme, same here... my application remains as "shortlisted" for three positions and all the others are marked as "not selected". From what I can gather from the NATO website, all selected have been informed and they probably forgot the change our "shortlisted" status to "not selected/reserve list"...

Do you plan to add a cover lette? I not sure if I should have a general cover letter or specific to that job posting type of cover letter.
