would you stay at your undergrad school?

I thought I wanted to, and was disappointed that it wasn't an option ...but now am really glad that I changed schools....and am staying at the second for my PhD as well, although in a different program

I personally had to think long and hard about this question. I loved my undergrad institution. However, in order to continue in my field, I would have had to commit to a MA and PHd program. Let's be completely honest. I would love to be in Chapel Hill forever and teach there too but there is no chance they would hire me if I did not diversify. I have to leave by beloved home in order to hopefully return someday.
