psychresearch Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Has anybody heard from University of Minnesota yet? The website just says "Awaiting Program Decision".... Mine too! I know visitation weekend was a few weeks ago - someone told me they don't do waitlists. I am guessing they haven't gotten around to rejecting us or they might wait before rejecting people in case something falls through with people they accepted.

SomeSortaPsych Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Has anyone heard back from the University of Connecticut program? There's been practically zero communication since I applied, and when I called I got stonewalled by one of the receptionists.

I've written to the head of the program, he never answered. Is there somebody who was admitted, rejected, or waitlisted??

I haven't heard anything either --- I emailed awhile ago with no response. It really turned me off -- so I accepted elsewhere.
Guest joshw4288 Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 I also never heard anything but already accepted elsewhere.
kpsych Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Heard nothing too. I've written to the head of the program, he never answered. Is there somebody who was admitted, rejected, or waitlisted?? I just received an email to log in and check my status --- rejected. Although I already accepted elsewhere, there were really slow this year it seems!
SomeSortaPsych Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Same here. I had to actually call them again, and leave a message mentioning e-mailing them already before they sent the decision e-mail. I can't help but wonder what the hold up was...

SomeSortaPsych Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 (edited) It's especially weird considering other programs in their department already had their decisions out ages ago. Edited April 3, 2014 by SomeSortaPsych

You may have already received an answer but UConn had its interview weekend (Social) early March.
