Hey! Since a lot of people seem to be in the dark about when interviews might be or when to start panicking if you haven't heard from a school, I figured maybe we could consolidate interview weekends that people have been invited to or know the dates of?

U Mich, Feb 21-22

Rutgers, Feb 28

University of Washington, Feb 21-22

 

What interview weekends have you heard about or been invited to?

(Specifically, does anyone know about NYU, Columbia, Princeton, or Stanford?)

 

PS dates listed are for social programs, though I know places like Northwestern do all of the psych department at the same time

Wait are you positive about that? Newark's deadline was Jan. 10th, whereas NB's deadline was some time in December. So it seems strange that Newark would have an earlier interview date than NB. How do you know this information? And you do mean February 7th, right?

Yes - I was actually invited to both Newark and New Brunswick. I am surprised about the timeline though as well.

Ok thanks. Do you happen to know if Newark has finalized their interview invitations, or if there are multiple interview dates?

No I'm not sure.. but the invitation reads to rsvp by jan 21 and doesn't mention anything about multiple dates.

Does anyone know when Arizona State's quantitative psychology interviews are?  Has anyone gotten an interview?

Called Kent State psychology graduate coordinator, she told me the interview dates are 2/7 and 2/22 (I wonder if she meant 2/21?) and that faculty personally send interview invites on their own schedules.

 

Also, American University clinical interviews taking place on 2/21 (not sure if that's the only date).

Stony Brook cog psych (maybe all of psych?) is having a visitation on Monday 2/24.

Anyone aware about the cognitive programs at CMU/Purdue/UC Irvine/U Minnesota and the Cognition and Neuroscience program at UTD? Anyone heard from computational neuro at BU?

 

Do you know by chance if that includes all areas of NYU psych?
