I was invited to an Admitted Students Day for the School of Ed at UNC. It's in less than a week, next Saturday Feb 8. I'm not sure what this means for interviews - honestly didn't think most Education programs had them - but my department (School Psychology) said they eliminated them in order to be more equitable.

edit: To be clear this is for UNC Chapel Hill. Is that what you meant?

Yep. Chapel Hill. I didn't think most schools did them, but I've seen several (UPenn, Vanderbilt, Harvard) requesting them.

Well maybe I can ask someone when I'm there if all acceptances have gone out. This is for a straight PhD in Education? Any emphasis?

There's only been one acceptance on the results page and zero rejections or interview invitations.

PM me if you have any questions. I was the one who put the acceptance on the results page. Good luck!

I applied to their Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction.

This program have deadline on the 11th of March.

So, it's probably too early to make any conclusions.

Hi, I applied and was accepted into the Education PhD (Policy and Leadership). Although it's one big umbrella program, I think that the various "strands" have autonomy as to when/how they notify, so just because some people have been notified, I wouldn't discount the possibility of an admittance just yet.
