slp2b1234
Hey everyone! I'm starting to look at school for next year and a lot of people have told me about programs they would recommend. Are there are programs that aren't so good? Has anyone heard of or gone to a program that was particularly unorganized or where they were dissatisfied? I really want to make sure I end up somewhere I love! Any information should be greatly appreciated! ENFPslp
clmogel
My mentor advised me against University of DC and Westchester because they have lost accreditation in the past. She highly recommended Ohio State U, and she has worked with students from WVU and Loyola and has felt like those programs have prepared them well for the field. rzilby
I applied to Stockton, and then was told by my professor that they were trying to get accreditation for years, so I'm not sure what's going on there. I don't know if they had it before and lost it, or if they started a new program and never had it before, but if I had known that earlier, I wouldn't have applied. I've hear bad things about U of DC too, I'd steer clear
emilyf
Stockton has never been accredited. Their program is pretty brand new. It should be accredited this spring! Hope that helps!
