Are the Magoosh math problems harder than what is actually on the GRE?

I'm using Magoosh to study for the GRE, and while I do great with the easy and medium questions, I struggle with a lot of the "hard" or "very hard" questions. I've heard that the math practice problems on Magoosh tend to be harder than what's actually on the test. Is this true?

I've heard that this is the case, also. I surely hope so. Some of the questions are extremely difficult in my opinion. I've been using this as my primary study tool.

Right Magoosh''s math questions were harder. In my experience some of the hard and very hard ones help to learn about new ways of applying key concepts, especially some of the combination and permutation ones. Some others are rather unnecessary by invoking peculiar concepts. Feel free to tailor the questions to your advantage.

I think all test prep companies made their practice tests hard to fully prepare each one for the GRE Exam.
