I had an interview at CSUN last week, but they said that "selection letters will be mailed by May 1st." I am really hoping that it will not take that long to get an admissions decision because that is a reallllly long time to wait. I adore Portland, what MSW programs did you apply to?

tryingtomasterit Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 I applied to three online MSW programs - CSUN, CSUSB, and SJSU! Let me know if anyone else has applied to these! Thats awesome CSUN has started interviews, I’m assuming they’re for the on-campus option.

anxietea Posted March 3, 2018 Author Posted March 3, 2018 I was super behind on checking the mail, but I finally did, and I was accepted! I was very surprised because the timeline they gave us was "before May 1st" so I wasn't expecting to hear so soon. Good luck to everyone else! tryingtomasterit 1

I was accepted into the program but I don't know how much weight the name of a university really carries in our industry and if it's worth the cost. Congratulations on your acceptance!!

I applied for their MFT program and haven't heard anything back. From my knowledge, they notify students and interview them the week of finals (March 20th ish). I have an interview with CSUDH and CSULA in which CSUDH has accepted me, which is nice to hear.
