Did you fill out the responsibilities box for each entry? Also at the top when you select the amount of entries make sure you complete that number. By the way, how close do we expect the finalist pools to be between Rangel and Pickering? Apparently Pickering has more of a history of taking grads vs. Rangel taking seniors, but with the changes in program admin. and numbers of students who receive Pickering changing, I wonder if those trends will continue. I'm afraid I don't have much insight. A previous Pickering fellow did let me know regarding fellow profiles, that Rangel seems to assemble cohorts consisting primarily of people of color, whereas Pickering tends to lean more towards diversity in broader terms. Of course, there's no way to know if this is intentional or just how pieces fall, but it will be interesting to see if that observation holds.
