Dear All,
I am also applying to international affairs program. My choices of school are Columbia- MIA, NYU-Global Affairs, Tufts - MALD, Harvard - MPP and USC - MPA.
My profile is:
Undergrad GPA: 3.3 in Economics and Marketing from Penn State University
GRE V: 149, Q: 157
Work experiences: 3+ years in Citigroup
Language: Indonesian, Chinese, Spanish (basic) and Japanese (basic)
Accepted: NYU - Global Affairs
Rejected: N/A
I was wondering if you guys have any thoughts about the difference between MPA/MPP concentration in international vs. Global Affairs? I saw that masters in global affairs have many classes with non-quants vs. MPP/MPA which has some quants and public management courses which might balance out. If my goal is to work at the United Nations, which degree would you prefer?
Thanks
Steve
