whenever the adcoms/secretaries feel like doing it I'm just imagining them holding our fates on their desks for days straight and simply holding off sending out our acceptance and rejections while they do "more important things"...little do they know how crazy it's making us!

I'm still waiting on the acceptance! I went for Human Development Counseling, one of the two programs still having to interview. Apparently there were 55 of us all together (40 interviewing there, 15 doing phone interviews), and around 30 will get in. So here's to hoping! I was already pretty certain I wanted to go to Vandy, but the visit day totally solidified it. It is a bit of a worry that we might not know about TA positions and such upon accepting admission, but it's high enough up on my list that I'm most likely going to accept the offer if I get accepted. Anyone else who interviewed for HDC, any clue when we'll hear back? I heard they'd start sending stuff out through the post after a week or so, but wondered if anyone else heard anything.

I sure hope adcoms can't see how many times I've logged onto ApplyYourself to check my status...

You guys are lucky! I'm going to the visitation day as well, but my interview is on that day. I guess this means it's going to be a lot of accepted students and a few of us Human Development Counseling applicants being a big ball of nerves. Congratulations on the admission!!

Oh, I so am. I keep getting so excited when I see I get a new e-mail. I've gotten to the point where I unsubscribed to almost everything and moved most of my stuff to my other e-mail address. Basically, when I get a new e-mail to the address I applied with, it SHOULD be graduate school related. But sadly, things keep falling through the cracks, causing my brief euphoria and subsequent letdown *sigh* Good luck everyone!!!

So, who else is waiting to hear? So far, I've only heard from one school to set up an interview. It seems from this site that I may not hear until March or April! How will I survive this??
