If the 2 courses still average out to what you had originally expected, then I would personally be happy about it and move on. If not, you win some and you lose some. Use your disappointment to motivate you to do better next semester.

I've only heard of a tuition deposit of $100-300 to confirm acceptance. But that amount is applied towards your tuition fees.

I used to have that problem at work. Then one day my boss made a batch of brownies with x-lax inside and left some in her lunch bag. Someone called in sick the next day and lunches never went missing again.

That would be a very unique experience. Hopefully the filming dates wouldn't interfere with your course work and practicums.

That means you're obliged to slow down and rest for a bit. Take advantage of it, the workload will come soon and if you are well rested and prepare for it your body will thank you for it.

Go with the wedding planner. I don't see how you'd be able to plan it otherwise from a distance. Totally worth the extra $$.

Ask your family and friends for referrals. Did you go to any weddings recently that you really liked? Nice venue? Great food? Beautiful wedding cake? Great DJ? If you are already familiar with their services you just need to ask about the price and book it. This can save a lot of time, as well as accepting the help of loved ones if they can give you a hand with preparations.

I don't have kids but generally speaking, the first year is rough. I find second year is a lot better and it seems easier.

What is a lifted pick up? Never heard of such a thing before.

Towing will be my next step. They know I don't have a car, but my roommate does. So when my roommate is gone for the weekend they take advantage of it and think they can park there just because the driveway doesn't get used a lot, unless I have a guest with a car (which doesn't happen much as most of my local friends use the bus). It's the not asking part that upsets me the most. What if a guest drives in from out of town and their car is blocking my driveway?

Twice. The first time I called the cops because all my neighbours' driveways were empty, including theirs and I had no idea who it was. It was Sunday morning and the last one to leave the party couldn't even be bothered to move the car when a space became available.

Could be for more privacy/anonymity,especially from adcoms or future colleagues. Or maybe they don't want others to consider applying to the same schools. Maybe someone doesn't know a program exists until they see it on your signature and they decide to apply too.
