Thanks guys! It is the program I have been dreaming about. They only offer it at NYU, Teachers College, Stanford and Indiana-Bloomington and I only applied to two of those schools! Soo happy.

To all of you who have read my posts and wished good thoughts for me, Thank you. I was happy to log in this afternoon and see that I was accepted into Teachers College. I am shocked, happy and blessed. Now, I have to find a way to pay. LOL! I AM SO HAPPY I COULD SCREAM!

I was accepted today as well into the 'History and Education' program. I am so thankful and happy. Thank God. Now to try and pay for it all!

You are an idiot. I already have a JD from a TOP law school. Also, when did I compare the applicants from last year? I compared the dates people were notified. I really hope you are not a teacher or in education or I can see why some schools are failing. I would remove my children from any class or school you were a part of.

I don't have a saved link. I also agree with multiple other posters- whoever you are Ballard, your comments aren't needed or wanted. If all you have to do is say negative things and mean replies BUZZ OFF.

Based upon previous years, it seems like next week. However, contrary to what Ballard is saying it hasn't been grayed out for weeks; I just accessed it 2 days ago! Good luck to us all.

I just tried and the link is greyed out unavailable here as well. Just in case someone thought it was there computer or something1 I hope it means decisions will be available today. I really just want to know at this point. (Please no-one get mad at me because in all my posts I talk about just wanting to know my decisions already).

I've also seen a few people in the results who have gotten interviews so it makes me worried that I have heard nothing.

I was also rejected by Penn yesterday, with a 2 sentence letter. I saw it coming when I never got an invite to the recruiting/interview weekend. It was my last choice so not terribly disappointed. But I have a feeling by the end of next week I may be in a seriously down mood.

I emailed someone at Teachers College yesterday because I just wanted to know what was going on. I received an email reply that all decisions will be emailed out by March 15th. So I guess not much longer to wait? Anyone else already starting to feel a little depressed about their chances this season?

Sorry TSL! I think we will all hear back by March 12, or I should say on March 12, going by what happened last year. It seems they had many apps this year so I have a feeling I may not be headed back to any school this fall!

I wasn't going to apply because it was a mass email but decided I had nothing to lose. I really really want to know something from someone, well I want to know everything from everyone right now; so I just know. lol.

I was able to submit my resume. Did you guys convert it to PDF? It said PDF only- did you try to submit it in Word?

I got an email today from Teachers College and the message was entitled "Application Login Update" However, I glanced at the title quickly and saw "Application update" first and then my heart started beating very quickly and I was like- this is it. Then I quickly scanned the email; was confused by the body and glanced back up. I had omitted the 'login' part. I then logged in anyways just in case- but of course, nothing. Why are you doing this to me TC?

I saw someone say that in the results page and checked, but nothing has changed. Arrghhhh. I am dying here. I just want to know. Even if it is a rejection. I just need to know. This is killing me. Ok, sorry. My rant is over.

I wish they would tell us our application status before making us apply for scholarships and fellowships. It only gets your hopes up! lol Have you heard anything from them as yet?

Did everyone get the email tonight from Columbia's Teachers college to apply for the Arthur Zankel Urban Fellowship? Has anyone applied for it already?

I applied to the History of Education program. It is my top choice. I love this program and the professors and would just be happy for life if I got in! But who knows what will happen. Has anyone heard anything at all?

Thank you both for your words of encouragement. I am looking at this process holistically and if I don't receive acceptances to any of the programs I am interested in (which I know are all long shots) I will definitely not give up my dreams. My numbers, along with the economy and other candidates that may have better numbers, better statements of purposes and better fits leads me to believe that this may not be the year for me. However, I am praying and hoping and ready to accept whatever comes my way. Thanks once again for the nice words you both wrote to me. You are the sort of people that need to be in the education system!!

I applied to Penn and got no invite for the weekend! My Penn dreams are done :-(

Good Luck everyone. I am also anxiously awaiting an answer from HGSE. I have a bachelors degree in History and a JD in law. Been working in an educational nonprofit and volunteering in schools for the last 3 years. HGSE is tied for number 1 among my school choices and I would absolutely scream and shout with glee if I received entry. The program is amazing and would really help me.

I just graduated from law school, it was a miserable experience! It was a top school and most of the kids were big D's. And I feel like some of these posters with their arrggghhh, I only have a 3.99 and a 1560, do I have a shot are just as douchey. But my good friend from law school who is in a top English PhD program says that alot of the people in his program now are very competitive, so who knows if it is really any better in academia as opposed to professional school.

My good friend got into a program last year. He applied to 10 top programs. He only got into one, which he attends. His stats- gpa- 3.3 gre- 740 verbal and 550 math, i don't know his aw score. 1390. He also has a law degree from a top 25 law school- top 15th percent gpa 3.7
