  1. It appears people are posting all of their acceptances and rejections here: http://thegradcafe.com/survey/index.php?q=Creative+writing&t=a&pp=100&o=d
  2. Thanks for the tip regarding USF. As far as Ole Miss, I believe that's a rejection. I haven't heard from them either. They say people who go onto the second stage should hear from them late January. Here's a quote: *If you do not hear from us, you have not moved onto the second stage of the application process and will not be admitted into the MFA program* http://mfaenglish.olemiss.edu/how-to-apply/
  3. The AWP conference is the rest of the week so I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't any responses for this week and the beginning of next then a rush of them after everyone returns and gets back into the swing of things.
  4. I applied there too and haven't heard back yet. I know some places notify you if you're on a wait list. Do others send out acceptances and keep sort of a "second string" they don't notify, who will receive acceptances only if the first decline?
  5. Hi, I received an email first and then a letter in the mail after that.
  6. I applied to 17 places for an MFA in Fiction. I only applied to places that generally offer full funding to most or all students. So far I've heard from five--four rejections and one acceptance. Here they are: USF Tampa - Accepted U Kansas Lawrence - Rejected UCF Orlando - Rejected New Mexico State U - Rejected Texas State San Marcos - Rejected I'm happy to have one acceptance, but of course I'm hoping for some more. Congratulations to everyone who got in somewhere already.
