Also not sure if this thread is just MPP, but for IR folks, Korbel has released decisions. They're generally first among IR schools. SAIS is next Friday, which I'm slightly more worried about...

Well congrats on getting in! Sorry about the aid...I've heard that sometimes when people decline their offers, that aid goes to students who didn't receive any to begin with. Not sure how often this happens but it's worth asking the admissions team

Yeah now I'm wishing I had, but oh well. Here's to hoping they'll let us know today so we can breathe a bit easier this weekend (assuming they're both positive decisions!)...

I didn't apply to either of them...I actually didn't know about the Crossley, and completely forgot about the video one TBH. Now I'm kicking myself wishing I had...although I don't have a ton of video editing experience so it probably wouldn't have been stellar anyway... But YEAH January seems like so long ago...and my other decisions aren't coming in until next Friday at the earliest

I'm wondering how they send out decisions...last year it seemed like people logged onto the application site and had "buttons" about their decisions before the emails went out. I read on the admissions blog that they're sending out emails with decisions, but wondering if they will also put them on the application page...

I hope so! I was excited that they found out earlier than DC schools last year, hoping that meant the same for this year, too. It would be nice to have one decision out of the way!

Yeah I didn't get interviewed either, which is kind of a bummer as this is the school I had the best shot of getting a decent amount of money from...

Who else applied for Korbel this year? They said we'd hear back early March and I'm hoping it's sooner rather than later!

Can I just say how jealous I am that all of you MPP/MPA etc. folks are already hearing back? The IR/IA deadlines seem so late !!

This is what is at the bottom of the email I received when I submitted: "Admission decisions will be posted mid-March for applications to fall semester and mid-November for applications to spring semester." So unless that's a generic message that they post, I'm guessing we won't hear for a few more weeks...but as for an "incomplete" app, the email also said that the admissions office would contact you if they're missing anything. It probably just takes a while to attach all of the external documents to your application.

That's probably right...I just have an unrealistic hope that they'll somehow come out early haha. I applied to the M.A. International Affairs program, but am hoping to concentrate on int dev and social entrepreneurship, specifically. What about you?

I am also curious about this! I applied Jan 6 and my status is ESIA 3--Application Complete but I have yet to hear anything...

I did this once...went back in a panic thinking I had put the wrong school name in my SOP (which, of course, I didn't...it was fine). After that I told myself no more looking at any essays that I'd already submitted haha

Anyone else just scouring the forum from previous years in an attempt to allay anxiety? I know I submitted my apps in January, but it feels like a whole year ago.
