Thanks! That's entirely possible. It does seem a bit odd that so few people have reported acceptances.

I was offered an out-of-state waiver plus half off in-state tuition at East Tennessee State U. They also offered me a half-time graduate assistantship with a stipend.

You may have already heard from them by now, but East Tennessee State sent out emails on Monday. -
I applied to ETSU. I received an email from Dr. Proctor-Williams on Monday with my offer letter attached.
