hey there, thank you for the informative post, feeling better about my decision to accept uft! was wondering if you could provide any tips for someone entering the mhi program. my academic background is unrelated, and have had no exposure to health informatics or even programming fundamentals. was thinking about picking up a textbook and going from there to help prepare myself. any ideas/suggestions? what was most challenging about your first semester? thanks

UFT applicant, went to interview, thought it went okay. Did not apply to Mac, but now wish I did! GPA: 3.7-3.8, no professional work experience, have been research assistant with projects at my university, but these were not related to the field of health, let alone health informatics. Was wondering if any other applicants had heard from UFT yet. Will post here if I do.
