Then might anyone have information regarding the Early Modern waitlist? I've yet to hear from PSU one way or the other, but I've noticed the rejections seem to have come from other fields, so I'm not sure if I'm on some kind of waitlist or simply languishing, waiting for a rejection.

That was my initial response, but browsing the history for both schools on the results page shows that they've sent acceptances and wait-list notifications throughout February as recently as last year. Is this possibly the "rolling admissions" process, or perhaps an invisible waitlist? I'm not sure why I wouldn't have received my rejection along with everyone else.

I've seen a number of people here and on the results page receive notices from Maryland--CP and PSU, yet I've not heard from either as of yet. Does anyone know how I should feel about this? I'm not sure whether to relax and let whatever list I might be on work itself out or to fret over the implied rejection.
