Does anyone know of SLP graduate programs that require an interview during the application process? It can be in person/phone/video chat. I only know of a few so far.

I currently work at Chicago Speech Therapy! It is a great option for anyone taking time off before graduate school. There is a lot of opportunity to learn more about speech language pathology as well as work with certified SLPs. Once you submit your application online you may be offered an interview. I definitely recommend applying! I've only worker here for about a month and feel more confident about my graduate school application.
