It was a batch email. For me, it was good news - though nothing about funding yet. I'm not sure whether I'd go without funding, and everyone I reached out to during the application process didn't respond...

I haven't heard back from most of my programs, including those that other people already have interviews/acceptances such as UNC, Brown, and BU... The anticipation/anxiety is killing me. Doesn't help that I'm not a citizen and funding is tough.

Congrats!! I think it's appropriate - besides, you would want to know whose research is you'd want to brush up on and talk about.

Rejection too! Pretty bummed because I thought my interests aligned well with multiple faculty, and spoke to them as well... Goes to show this whole process is a complete crapshoot. Makes me extra nervous with the waiting game :/

Yeah I also got that email. The email did say that we would get interviewed by a panel sometime on Friday. Does anybody have any experience going on the UMich Epi Doctoral day?
