I GOT IN! I never received an email saying my status has been changed so id recommend checking the portal! Good luck yall

I applied on December 1st for the priority deadline. I will be a 2 year resident on the advanced clinical track. I would recommend calling because the woman on the phone actually was willing to look me up and see where my application was in line. But the fact that they have been so disorganized has kinda made my decision to go to NYU. I'll still wait to hear but wish y'all the best of luck with your decisions.

I just called. They said I'll hear back before March 23rd. I don't really have faith that they'll even give me an answer by that date bc they've been changing the date on me since February when I spoke to the head of admissions. Hope this helps.

Thats BS. They've been telling me that it was gonna be within the next week since the beginning of January. Its super discouraging especially since I have heard from all my other schools, and even saved my spot at one of them. It may not be rational, but its starting to make me not want to go there.

I just called and they said we should hear sometime next week. But the financial aid, scholarship and grants wont be sent out until the beginning of March

I've been in contact with Columbia and they said acceptance letters for the priority deadline application will be out in the beginning of February. I applied to the 2 year MSW program.

I got into NYU as well with only a $9,000 dollar award. The amount they gave you is significant for their institution since they typically do not give more than 10,000. If you can find other scholarships in conjunction with their award, then it could definitely be doable. Also congratulations!
