    I heard from the painting chair at columbia a few days ago (via phone call), about an interview request. I wouldn't be surprised if different concentrations make calls at different times, though. My interview will be 3/7 or 3/8

    Interesting.. got an interview request from RISD today when I had assumed no word meant rejection. Maybe some interviewers dropped out?

    Got an acceptance call from Rutgers this morning!! And emails should be coming soon.

    Hi! I got an acceptance call for SAIC painting and drawing yesterday. I also received the acceptance packet in the mail. I was offered a merit-based scholarship; my understanding is that the merit scholarships have all been chosen. However, based on your financial aid application you can get other funding. I was told to talk to the admissions counselor of the program for more info on this process. For painting and drawing, that's Patrick "Q" Quilao. Good luck!!

    got an email for an interview with Painting at Cranbrook, just FYI! It's been really helpful for me to see other people post about their contact with schools on my list. good luck to all!

    Hi! Anyone know if Columbia ever calls more people after the initial calls are made to a department (i applied for painting)? Assuming not, but just wondering for closure’s sake.
