Kate spade just sent me an email and they got me just as bad as Columbia did earlier??

I've been trying to do that but my anxiousness has been taking over??

I just checked the portal and it still says submitted. I think the email sends a bit after they change the decision in the portal so I don't think I'll be hearing today. I know penn sent an email a few days before they changed the portal but it sounds like they haven't been doing that.

Well technically she said "the 10 next days" which would be Saturday...which is after when I told them. But then I don't know if that means 10 straight days or 10 business days because they don't work on the weekend?

I signed in about an hour ago and it still said submitted. I'm kind of afraid to call because I already sent two emails and the person who responded seemed kind of snippy because I said I needed to know by a specific date.

I hope they do. I think someone heard back this week. And they told me I would know by the end of the week. Although they've been telling people that since January...

I was so mad when I saw it was just about an event. Smh

That's what I was saying haha! If they didn't have both elements that I'm looking for then I wouldn't bother (big policy focus and in NYC). Plus I've been wanting to go to Columbia since I was 12 so even with these shenanigans I would still go. But I can see how people who don't have those 3 elements at play wouldn't even bother after seeing this?

Do you mind if I ask when you applied? We've been trying to figure out their decision process and if they gave out all acceptances for now. And congrats on NYU!

I wouldn't say it's a lost cause! Because at this point I don't think anyone knows where their heads are at. And we haven't heard from any rejections so we can't compare our stats to theirs and get an idea. It could go either way at this point.

What was the overall vibe that you got during your visit? I've always wanted to go to Columbia but never really thought of it as a true option for me until grad school, so I haven't been there yet.
