Anyone receive a rejection from UTSC this year?

I'm so desperate to receive my rejection from a university that I interviewed at. I tried to ask about my position on the waitlist from the grad admin, but she told me that the decisions have not been finalized and will let me know when she has more information. Is it bad form to contact my POI to ask about my position on the waitlist/likelihood of getting in? I can't stand this silence any longer.

I was told that they move through the waitlist relatively quickly. Not entirely sure what this means, but I'll take it as an indication that there is hope.

Does not hearing back since an interview mean that you're likely on the waitlist? Are they still in the process of sending out offers?

Do you mean that if you haven't received an official acceptance it's a no or if you haven't been interviewed by now?
