  1. Has anyone heard from BU? I saw some received an invitation to visiting day so I assumed I was rejected, but today in the results page I see some people have actually received rejection letters.
  2. Me! Excited to get to know the university and program.
  3. I was interviewed by the head of the Cancer Epidemiology Program not by the individual POI, from what I have heard every track has a different way of handling things.
  4. It's a PhD Degree program in the Department of Epidemiology with a concentration on cancer (my assigned academic does breast cancer research). I did not have an interview just received the email directly.
  5. Hi everyone, Got acceptance letter from UNC Chapel Hill. Was told I was considered for cost sharing. Does anyone know what that is? Thanks!
  6. Congrats!!! Same here! Rejection from Emory and acceptance from UW Seattle, a bit nervous about funding.
  7. I was contacted by the head the Cancer Epidemiology Program, so I think every program is taking a different time to interview their prospective students. I was also told they do not necessarily interview every student they accept.
  8. Got an interview for PhD in Population Science at Harvard (Cancer Epi). Does anyone know if they interview every prospective student or should I be celebrating....at least a bit? Also any tips to prepare for the interview?
  9. Hi everyone!! Already applied, hate waiting for the response getting really crazy and looking at all the forums.
