Does anyone have thoughts on a matching blazer/skirt combo as opposed to blazer and pants?

Is it pretty typical to just not hear back from a program? Or will they all eventually send out rejection notices?

Does anyone know if all schools will send out rejection notices or if we just assume we are rejected after a while? Also, has anyone heard from the University or Missouri-Columbia? Thanks in advance
