How good is Boston University's PhD program in Emerging Media Studies? Any insight would be helpful! Thanks!

Has anyone heard back from this program? I've called and they said they won't give results until late March/early April, but I find that hard to grasp considering all other programs have pretty much responded already and the decision date is coming up. Anyone else have any insight to this? Is this even a good program?

And what about the PhD program at Boston University, Questrom?

Has anyone heard from Northeastern's Information Assurance PhD program? I submitted my application months ago knowing it was rolling admission and have not heard. Are there interviews? Thank you!

I am also anxiously awaiting a decision from UPenn! Does anyone know what time these things usually come out? I would love to at least know that so I am not worried all day!
